i have the dcb107 dewalt 20v batteries that came with my drill.will these work in this trimmer without losing power?

Yes they will work. The nice thing about the lithium ion batteries is they give you full power even with a small amount of battery life left. They just won't last nearly as long as the 5ah that come with the trimmer.

Why didn’t it come with the sheath?

Mine did not! I called DeWalt and they said it no longer comes with sheath even though the manual CLEARLY shows one. Very cheap for what used to be a first rated company. I tried to order one but they wanted $10.99 to ship a $5.02 part. Again, very cheap. Last DeWalt item I order!!!

Can i use my black and decker battery charger to charge these 20v 5ah batteries for this hedge trimmer?

No. All battery's only work on their brands.

I got my trimmer dcst925b but no battery is it not included?

I believe that if you ordered the $129 in does not include battery. But if you ordered the $199. It comes with battery and charger. Hope this helps.
