the description of the mug is wrong - It did surprise me considering most my cups and mugs are the same size so this one has an inside diameter of roughly 7.6cm so most travel mug lids will fit on this cup and the lid will also fit on some travel mugs which is useful.The mug is made of strong borosilicate which can survive a fall which I thought would be the end of it but not a scratch mark or chip to be found. People do manage to break them - they are not indestructible but bounce off wood nicely with no damage.The rubber has left no nasty taste which other mugs have so big thumbs up for the rubber seal.Only needed this as a mug and can be held with hot coffee in which is another thumbs up since you can't with a regular glass mug.Have not used the tea strainer but seems well made with tiny holes.The main reason I cannot give this 5 stars is because unfortunately the bottom of the cup is not 100% level. There is a bit of a sag in the glass in the middle of the cup which makes the cup wobble when on a flat surface.I have been debating whether to return it because of this flaw or not but the wobble is minimal and I can live with it - just a shame they couldn't get that quite right, otherwise this would be the best tea mug in the world.Holds roughly 350ml with a 1cm gap left at top for comfortable drinking.

This is a great mug and infuser but the only complaint is the handle, it’ll easily break if you’re not careful.

This is a lovely cuo which filters loose leaf tea beautifully. However, the filter does not fit in the lid (as described and shown innthe pictures) this makes it messy to use and why i cant take it into the office or lounge without first removing the filter.

This is a beautiful mug, perfect if you have a mug warmer.The mug is big enough to contain tea that last me all day.The infuser keeps all the leaves in and nothing gets lost in the mug.The lid is also a perfect addition to keep the tea warm and the infuser has a lovely light blue gasket that protects the mug.I am very happy with my purchase!

My daughter loves to drink tea. She lives in a dorm now so she needs to have a cup of tea. I bought her this cup and she likes it so much. Easy to remove the tea place while it’s still hot. So she can refill with hot water again. And it’s quite big too.

Perfect for brewing just 1 cup at a time. I bought one for my husband and he loved it so much we bought a 2nd one for hi to take to work

Quite a useful addition, unfortunately a hole developed in the bottom edge, causing it to leak, difficult to find the reason for this, but while in use it was a good tea/ coffee mug.

My husband loves his tea, loose leaf, this is perfect for a fresh cuppa anytime the mood moves him. It is great to give so much pleasure at such a reasonable price!
