I need something that can get wet on a regular basis, including fully submerged from time to time. Will this light be able to handle that?

No. It is water-resistant but not submergeable for prolonged times.

The turbo button stopped working, what do i do for a replacement?

What is the color temperature or tint of the light like?

Lower levels are a little yellowish. Turbo is bright white. Great little light.

Watts each mode uses=? recharge speed=? cycles battery will last=? temperature range=? what happens if it gets too hot?

It will display lumens and hours available for each lumen setting. 1 lumen, 15 lumens, 65 lumens, then finally 200 lumens. These are consistent dedicated settings. You press and hold a button and you get turbo which is 10,000 lumens and the unit will count down in seconds and only run at that lumen setting for a certain amount of time and then it shuts off. Then you can press the button again run 10,000 lumens at the dedicated time. This unit will not overheat because it does not allow itself to. Turbo 10,000 lumens is at a specific time then it shuts off so it's safe. It is a great keychain light it's all my keychain and it gets beat up daily and takes all the abuse a very good light I would definitely recommend it and buy it again..
