Broke down on second time using
The first time using was great, yet just now tried using it the second time… the second wheel doesn’t turn right and the whole cleaners started making horrible noises, doesn’t turn, stuck on the window from the other side, difficulty will be even to remove it. Trying to contact support no one answers ….

product doesn't work properly after 3rd use
I had the same problem like some other customers. The product stopped working properly after the 3rd usage. One wheel doesn't rotate properly and keeps on rotating without going up the window. Unfortunately the seller doesn't seem to care about this issues, which is a lack of quality. Would't recommend to buy the product at all.
