Poor Black Finish. Worse Customer Service.
Very nice looking bracelet but ......I have only had it for less than a week and the black finish is already coming off in a number of spots. Very Disappointing. I tried calling customer service before I reviewed the bracelet but ... After being on hold for a half hour I gave up. This will be the first and last time I order anything from Novica.

Very happy with this purchase
I usually don't write product reviews but this one prompted me to do so. The bracelet fits me perfectly (I have small wrists) and looks great. Yes, it was hard to fasten but that also ensures it won't come apart easily and fall off. But I'm mostly writing this review because of the personal touches that came with it (see picture). The little booklet, the beautiful cloth bag it was packed in, and most importantly, the handwritten card with the beautiful sentiment. You don't often find personal touches like this in this day and age. Thank you, Novica.

Sweet bracelet.
This bracelet looks really nice. It doesn't feel cheap either. It's a little difficult getting this thing on your wrist alone but can be done with a little patience.

nice looking
This was a gift and the receiver is already wearing it. I only gave it 4 stars since he had trouble getting the ball used to secure the bracelet through the loop. Eventually it worked...it's a good look, just a bit tricky.

High quality artistic accessory.
This item has a cool understated vibe, the leather is substantial but supple, rich and dark. The tiger eye clasp is subtle but classy and distinctive. Just a high quality, satisfying accessory. My wrists are fairly small, but it fits perfectly.

Nice bracelet
I like the bracelet, looks cool and the Tiger's Eye stone its nice. For a bracelet the price might be a little hig but hopefully its made with good materials and will last long.

Bel bracciale, in vero cuoio, colore nero brillante, conforme alla descrizione; l'impressione è quella di un prodotto robusto, poi come sempre tale aspetto va verificato sulla lunga distanza. Aggiungo che il packaging è molto accurato e la consegna è avvenuta un giorno prima rispetto alla data prevista. Mi ritengo quindi soddisfatto per l'acquisto.
