Upon receiving the product I fully charged it then I paired it with my Samsung Note 4, everything went well to that point. As far as hearing clearly and loudly when I receive a call, it works very well, but the microphone is of poor quality. When I made a call the other person could not hear me loud enough even when we both were in a quite area with no background noise. To test if it could be the person's phone itself, I tried calling different parties and each person said that they could not hear me loud enough even when they put me on speaker phone with the volume on max. Unfortunately this piece is a disappointment to me as a user since the other party can not hear me properly. I would not recommend this piece to anyone.
