but it tastes pretty awful, aggravates my stomach
I had high hopes for this tea, but it tastes pretty awful, aggravates my stomach, and has conferred no energy, focus, or calm. You are better off buying Ltheanine powder, drinking coffee or ginseng tea, and just meditating.

Like an espresso shot for tea
I recently started drinking this matcha, after about a year drinking their tea. I'd recently become interested in traditional, so-called "hyperpremium" matcha that cost about $5 per cup, and loved the effect it had on my energy, but it was way too expensive. This is a great substitute, removing some of the more complex preparation steps (like refrigeration, mixing with a special bamboo mixer in a separate special bowl, etc.), while preserving the smooth energy and mind expanding effects of matcha.Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed if you're looking for a substitute for coffee that makes you feel better. It's like an espresso shot for tea.
