These vitamins are great for helping my son be more calm and focused. I noticed a big difference when he started taking them. We will definitely keep buying them.

I have a 5 and 2 soon to be 3 year old, it's recommended for kids 4 and up so I cut the gummy in half for my youngest. Kids love the flavor and always look forward to taking their vitamins in the morning. It has also helped with their behavior as they are both boys and have a ton of energy throughout the day! Highly recommend.

I bought these for myself (an adult, supposedly) because I was noticing some ongoing nerve issues. I was taking something else (GABA) that has limited scientific support as being able to cross the blood-brain barrier, but ... it was still helping. The ingredients of the GABA supplement included a B vitamin, so I consulted the Office of Dietary Supplements and discovered that not only could B vitamins potentially help, but there was also a good chance I was deficient as they're mostly found in meats. Being a vegetarian, I don't eat a lot of meat. ;)I went with this "kid's" version as the adult versions all had extremely high levels of the included vitamins, while this was much closer to the recommended daily allowance (RDA).I take one twice a day and have much less frequent nerve issues when I am consistent about taking it.Oh, and they're tasty, too.
