Best probiotic ever
I’ve been using 20 billion acidophilus for six years and my stomach health is absolutely right on track. Good bacteria fighting off the bad bacteria. I would never change. This is great probiotic on every level. There is no taste. It’s in a capsule. There are no side effects. It digest with no problem.

Great if you've been on antibiotics.
These are really good if you've recently finished a round of some particularly hardcore antibiotics. I feel that they've helped my digestive system to come back from the brink of C. diff several times because unfortunately I had to take antibiotics frequently over the last few years. I've experienced zero side effects from these pills. I have trouble swallowing pills but I still manage to get these down somehow.

Work Extremely Well
I had to use a probiotic due to a strong antibiotic I was on. These work wonders to keep the diarrhea away. I continued to use them and found they helped with irregularity (I'm a senior and our systems start slowing down). Didn't work as well for my husband, but for me they did. I guess my gut needed some extra help. I'll continue to use them
