It was easy to install and works great!

The actuator only worked for 2 weeks then broke. I would not recommend. They did send me a new one and now broke again. Only lasted 2.5 months this time.

Worked as it should

Received it quickly, installed it in Tennessee in December, drove out west to California. While I was parked at my daughter's home it started leaking out of the electrical part of the actuator. I contacted while items through Amazon and agreed to refund me 100.00 through Amazon. Never heard from them again and never received 100.00 credit.

Part worked as it should out of the box no visible defects that i could see installed and topped my axel with oil went on a road trip and when i returned it was still working now that it has been in there for a month or so it is starting to leak some oil from the motor housing electrical part or it! Its not throwing a code yet but i would recommend a better one obviously this one has a weak seal in it or something i will be buying an oem unit next

I purchased this part and found out it was a bare wire instead.. Decided to keep in case I ever needed it.. Well the time came and I had to replace it, however this one only lasted 3 days. I had to purchase a new one and decided to go with a different brand.

This product worked for 2 days and then failed. It was taken to the dealership and had correct part put on vehicle. If this is being used on a 16 ram 2500 it does not work with the computer. Unfortunately I could not return the part due to the dealership needing the core returned.

This is exactly what I needed, my 4 wheel drive wasn’t working and this fixed it!Edit: this part only lasted 2 months and is broken again.
