This is a nice bolster for yoga practice/relaxation. I like the cotton material and small handles that make it easy to carry. It is sturdy enough to support my weight.

I love this. The fabric is a nice quality and colour of cream. It has a good balance of firmess and softness. The quality all round is very good. Really love using it for restorative yoga child's pose. Thanks very much.

bueno para todos
se lava facil. al no ser muy alto permite posturas de lumbar en gente con menor flexibilidad. Por ahora no se ha sacado ninguno llevo usándolos unos 2-3 años
