This alarm was easy to set up. It works perfectly and is helpful when the grandchildren forget to close the door. I like that it has options for timing. I was not able to use it, however, on the intended door, since the trim around the door is not flat and it would not attach properly.

Needed this for my freezer since my family tends to leave the door open. It works great. You can set it to different modes and sound levels. The only reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the settings are a bit confusing but once you understand them it’s not bad. Overall good value and recommend.

NOT A GOOD FIT FOR ANY FRIDGE as every fridge door has a rubber seal to prevent leakage of cold air. Here's why.... If larger sensor and the smaller sensor align to the edge of the fridge body and to the edge of the fridge door respectively, i.e., if their seperation is equal to the thickness of the rubber seal, the gap sensor doesn't work. So I had do the following: I had to stick only one half of the large sensor (with the orange round) vertically on the fridge body. The other (unstuck and overhanding) half of the large sensor sticks out over the rubber seal - i.e., the large sensor is not fully stuck to the fridge body. The mating smaller sensor went perfectly on the side of the fridge door as it is slim and small. I wish the seller provided an adapter plate that can be stuck to the fridge body, and the larger sensor could slide on it for adjusting the gap vis-a-vis the rubber seal thickness. Tge designer can use my suggestion, I hope.

Bought this because my son kept leaving the bathroom door open and the dog kept drinking out of the toilet. Leave the door open the alarm goes off you remember to shut the door worked perfect perfectly.
