Dark and durable
Good durability on concrete, especially if you spray it with clear afterwards. Nice sharp line

Not the best, but not the worst either.
Okay so this is not the worst chalk I've used in my chalk line, but it definitely is not the best either. I've used it in a few different chalk boxes and it just seems to have poor adherence to the line, additionally it also has fairly poor durability once the mark is placed. The chalk simply rubs off way too easily to be a reliable reference point. The Irwin #3 and #4 strength chalk seems to perform a bit better, but still not as durable as I would hope. I will be transitioning to an ink line (just finished carving a Sumitsubo) so I look forward to leaving chalk behind!

Best chalk money can buy for most purposes
The old school guys still using red or blue will definitely appreicate how much easier this is to see. I've used other brand of black chalk but this one is the best. Of course, if you're using your chalk box on felt you won't be able to see the black, so get the Tajima neon green.The only downside to using black chalk is the fact that it doesn't wash off very well but most of the time that doesn't matter.

Fine chalk Needed for tajima chalkboxes.
Used for my tajima chalkboxes. Does what it's supposed to do.

Bottle was half empty.
When my husband opened the bottle he noticed it was not filled to the top. It was almost half empty.

You can see this color on any surface and it works very well with the Tajima chalk box.

Marks nice . Better then the stanly crap they sell a Home Depot. Last a bit longer then I like .. semi permanent..

Won’t switch chalk ever again
I’m serious I won’t ever use another chalk. This chalk is far above any other chalk I’ve used. It’s as good as it gets, very fine, doesn’t clump even when it gets a little wet. Love it
