Ace TekZone Ankle Brace-One Size

I bought 2 of these for walking over rough ground because I have weak ankles. I also have skinny ankles so they won't get snug around them. The idea is a good one, you just pull the laces piece around as tight as you need and attach with velcro but you reach the end without getting tight enough on me. So bottom line the product seems to be very good but for me, no. Otherwise I would recommend it.

I injured my ankle years ago and when I found these braces it was amazing how much they helped. I have been using this particular brace for about 5 years and the stores in my area that once carried them no longer have them so finding them on Amazon was a relief.

I have a very painful case of plantar fasciitis, so bad when I got out of bed in the morning, the ten feet to the bathroom was horrible agony. I tried ice packs, stretches, aspirin, special socks, orthotic shoe inserts, and could not seem to make it feel better.Someone at work suggested I wrap my ankle and heel for extra support during the day, and I ended up buying one of these wraps from Rite aid. It's only been a few days and my foot already feels about 80% better. Even the swelling in my ankle went down. I have been wearing it nonstop over my sock since I got it. It is so comfortable that most of the time I forget its own (even slept with it on).After weeks of pain and limping, I had minimal pain when I got up this morning, and only minorly hobbled around. By an hour later, I could walk just fine and was ok to go shopping for an hour after work. The only problem I had with it is that while I was shopping I had to shift the velcro straps to a different part of my sole to put the pressure elsewhere, but that was a three second fix and well worth the end of pain.

It took 10 days for this merchant to fulfill the order but I finally got them and they are great. I fractured both ankles over the years and at 65 I now need some extra support to get through the day. These are not as high on the leg as full elastic models but are adjustable and designed to be worn over the sock. You can adjust them on the run with a simple pull strap with a velcro closure. I will probably purchase another pair just hope I get quicker service the next time around. I thought the time from order to delivery was very abnormal from what I usually get from Amazon merchants.

I was told when I turned eight that I'd have trouble with my ankles when I hit 50. The doctor was right. I've used other supports but found that their stiff structure either rubbed and hurt or failed to support me where it was needed.I limp when I'm not wearing one. They're a life saver.

I was suffering from Achilles Tendinitis in both heels. It felt like my shoes were rubbing on my Achilles tendons and making them very sore. I bought these and it helped A LOT!

the brace made my ankle a lot sturdier while I was able to heal up. the only issue I had with it was that I cannot find them in any stores.
