The thickness is fine, but the material is very scratchy. It's like laying on a loofah (the rough ones, not the soft shower poofs) the whole time. It also stains if you use colored bath bombs. I wouldn't use it for a long bath because it really scrapes the skin on your neck after a few minutes.

I am very pleased with this mat, love the length, for whatever reason, it doesn’t stick well to the bottom of my tub (I’m sure it’s not the mat but cheap builders tub lol) but because it sticks to the side, it stays in place. Love it

Nice bath pillow mat. I like that I can hang it up to dry after each use. Suction cups can be felt through under the pillow while sitting on it, but better than the hard, cold tub. Overall great!

The foam is a perfect thickness for a comfortable bath. I have spine issues and this really feels comfortable for me. It doesn't cause added pain while sitting which was a problem with other brands. Clean up is easy as it has a loop to hang it from. I just hook it up and let the water drain and dry fully before putting it away. Regular dish soap got stains out left by a pink bath bomb which was fantastic.

Super comfortable. Unfortunately I only used it once and the suction cups started falling off. Double unfortunately we had plumbing issues right after receiving this item so I didn’t get to try it out/ discover the suction cup issue until my return window had already closed.

Makes taking a bath alot more comfortable with the cushion. Wish the pillow was adjustable to change the height. Suction cups stay on the tub surface but doesn't suck to the wall very well for the head piece.

The only thing I don't like is the pillow is sewn on. No moving it for comfort.
