Oh My! I don't know where to start! Love Mini Eggs? You HAVE TO buy this recipe book!
I seriously don't know which recipe idea to start with, 123 pages of pure chocolate enjoyment! Whilst reading through these recipes I've had to eat a few Mini Eggs, it just has to be done :)If you love Mini Eggs then this book is a must! With Easter around the corner then you are basically spoilt for choice. This will be a good recipe book to get the kids involved with in making these amazing delicious mouth-watering goodies. This book comes very well presented, it's hard backed, and based on the colour scheme of the brand. There's 60 recipes in total based around 4 categories:Tray Bakes & CakesSweet Treats, Cookies & Fun SnacksBreakfast & BrunchesDesserts (My Favourite)! Each recipe is clearly written with a step by step guide to follow, it will tell you how long it will take to prepare, calories per serving and most of them will show you a picture of the finished product. My favourites are 'Mini Eggs Peanut Butter Cups', these are just amazing, all done in an hour and ready to eat. These kind of recipes are quick to make as the ingredients are normally found in the cupboard, and so are the Mini Eggs, if they already haven't been eaten :)You must try the 'Frozen Banana Lollies', these are just amazing, only 4 ingredients, Mini Eggs, bananas, broken chocolate and coconut oil, all mixed and frozen on a lolly stick, just Amazingggg. My final best favourite is the 'Speedy Mini Eggs Brulee', all prepared and ready to eat in 20 minutes or so, and all you need is Greek yoghurt, vanilla extract, apricots, demerara sugar and of course Mini Eggs.In fact all the recipes are going to be my favourite but haven't got round to making them yet, books only just come out! There's only so much I can make in an afternoon and 3 recipes were enough :)My list of favourites are no doubt going to change as I work my way through this book, my son's got his eye on some of the recipes, to be honest I think he just wants the Mini Eggs!So there you go, this book is just awesome and if you don't want it for yourself then I'm sure you know someone who would love this as a gift.Highly recommended - Buy It!

Get recipes elsewhere. Very disappointing
I made a few of the recipes from this book. I started with the banana oat muffins. They were easy to make, & tasted delicious. I also made the vanilla cheesecake. This was a massive fail. Hardly any flavour and the added gelatine to the mixture, yuk. In my opinion it would be better made with full fat ingredients this was just nasty. Lastly I made the Easter pavlova. Sooo disappointing. Weighed out the ingredients and followed the recipe to the letter. When served it was raw. The whole of the outside was crunchy and around the sides had a lovely gooey chew, but the inside was uncooked. It tells you to add 100g of melted chocolate to decorate, half the amount would have been plenty. All in all I think the recipes need reviewing. I won’t be bothering to make anymore recipes from this book. I love mini eggs but this is very disappointing. I’ll be getting recipes elsewhere

Damaged
Arrived dented at the top. Dent goes all the way through the pages. Also there is a dent in the bottom of the cover. It also had a sticky substance on the back cover. No damage to the box it arrived in so it was clearly sent in that condition! Absolutely disgraceful. I've not bothered with doing a return as it's a faff. The book is great, the seller however, not so much.

If you enjoy mini eggs you'll find this book fun
This was bought as a "fun" present along with some mini eggs. The quality of the book was good and it arrived well packaged and on time.
