I have used it several times and have not had any problems. My grand kids love it and so does the dogs. It's pretty awesome for the price.I am adding to my review. After recharging the batteries about 10 times both suddenly were not charging fully even though the light on the charger was green. I was only getting about a minute of use out of both batteries. I emailed the seller thinking I would not hear back but to my surprise they answered very quickly. Even though the boat was out of warranty they replaced both batteries and the charger. I received within a week of my original email. I am very pleased with their customer service. I would not hesitate to buy other products from this company.

The product description for this RC Boat specifically states it "Comes with two batteries". I was a little disappointed when we opened the packaging to find one battery with directions to "register the item to receive our FREE 2nd battery". When attempting to register the item at the manufacturer website, I then became very disappointed to learn I would have to pay $4.99 for shipping. My disappointment then turned to dismay to learn the free batteries are OUT OF STOCK!

This is a great boat at a fair price. The boat turns on a dime and is fast! The boat throws a large rooster tail and the battery lasts around 10 minutes at full throttle. I use 3 batteries when operating the boat. Our 3 year old grandson is able to operate the boat with my supervision. After operating the boat for 30 minutes I did not find any water inside the hull. I have tried to flip the boat to see how well the self righting feature works and I have not been successful. The boat appears to be very well made and should last for many hours of fun!

Boat came with broken wires inside the boat. Definitely would recommend, bought it as a Father's Day gift and it could not be used.UPDATE: USA Toyz emailed me directly and offered on top of my full refund to send me another boat. This was not expected and much appreciated. I will definitely buy toys from this company again and the customer service shown was not something you get anymore.

I've had it a over a month now and I absolutely love it. I have 2 acre pond on my property and the operating range of this boat is great as I can operate it on the entire pond from one spot. The boat is also very fast. The only thing that I wish is that the battery had a longer life and that the boat was bigger. It nice though as the remote beeps at you when the battery need to be replaced and it's very easy to change. Overall it is a great rc boat. Additional comment: The Toy company that sells it is great to work with and gets back to you immediately if you have a question. I highly recommend them.

When I first got this for the grandson the batteries died and would not charge ,so I contact the company I bought this from and told them what was going on on ,they reply and took care of the problem ,sent me new charger and batteries and his boat has been doing good since. Thank you for taking care of our little problem but was a big one for grandson he so happy it run but it's hard on a pool liner

The people @ USA Toyz really take care of their customer ! I had some small issues with the steering servo, and these guys sent me a new replacement boat immediately. I still had some issues, and just let them know what was going on, and they offered to refund my $$ !!!. This is how customer service should be done. After I worked on the steering servo I did get the boat to work, but the water infiltration is an issue. I believe the H20 is coming in through the hatch., I'm trying to seal it and will update if I can make it work. The boat works with H20 inside, but I fear for the batteries and electronics. Overall, when the boat is running it is a BLAST ! goes quite well and is fun. Once I sort out some the leaks I'm hoping it will get better. I do love the boat !

Fun and fast little RC boat! Easy to control for my 6 year old to learn in 1 session. Great signal distance. Been speeding the FL Key waters with this little guy and cuts right through the chop! Easy to flip right side up with a flick of the trigger. All ready out of the box and love the extra battery. Approximately 10min/batt runtime at full throttle. Can't beat it for the price! Best part: helping my kids get into RC.
