Logitech USB Replacement Receiver for Logitech Wireless Gaming Headset G933 New

I bought this because some people had said it works with a G935.I can confirm it does. It will still show up on GHUB and system as G933, but it still has all the same functions in GHUB.(Lighting and Sound EQ)(I found this HOW TO on reddit.)Pair the G935 gaming headset to the USB Wireless Mix Adapter:• Connect the USB Wireless Mix Adapter to a powered USB port on your PC or gaming console.• Insert a pin into the reset port on the USB adapter to initiate the pairing mode. The LED on the adapter will begin to blink to indicate pairing mode.• Once the LED begins blinking, Hold the Microphone Mute button for 15 seconds.

You have to hold the mute button on the G933 headset longer than you think, but once you enter pairing mode the entire headset will flash. Next plugin the new dongle, then use a small paperclip or sim card key to depress the little button above the "G" logo. It's much easier if you attach the dongle via a USB extension so it's easy to see and reach. I first put the dongle in pairing mode but it timed out before syncing. When I put the headset in pairing mode first, the connection was almost instant.

I thought I had purchased the dongle for the G733 headset but this one worked and I was able to pair it to my existing headset so yay! It arrived quickly, works perfectly and I have no complaints.

I was super skeptical about buying this. My original dongle got lost in 2021 and I gave up ever finding it in 2023. The headset had been parked collecting dust since then, with me checking the Logitech spare parts page religiously.The item came packaged in a plain envelope, I'd have liked to see a bit more protection for it but it came undamaged, looking brand new. If it's not, I'm not able to tell; the condition is that good.Most importantly, it works. Instructions on the Logitech support page worked without issue. The dongle was detected by GHub before I finished pairing the headset to it. 7.1 works, rgb lighting works, eq works.Considering its a $10 replacement part from the official sources it's a bit of a steep price, but your alternatives are ebay or less reputable sellers otherwise. I'm not super happy about the price but I waited long enough to find something more reasonable without any luck. Only reason it's got 4 stars instead of a perfect score.

Ordered this to replace a lost wireless dongle for my G933 headphones. Did a quick google search to find the pairing instructions and it's working like a champ. Recognized by Logitech G hub on first plug in. I don't know if it's preowned or new, came in a zip lock bag with a label on it. I don't really care, it works.

Works as expected. I used it in a PS5 without problems, even the MIC works well.The pairing with the headset was easy. But I had to look for the manual.

My G933 started having volume issues. I searched online and none of the fixes worked for me. So I contacted Logitech support for assistance...After contacting Logitech tech support about my headset which I admitted was out of warranty and was just looking for answers as to why my headset volume was so low when using it wirelessly. They gave me very little support other than to tell me my headset was out of warranty, which I had told them up front. I asked if it could be the wireless dongle (as opposed to the headset itself). Support said "they dont know" and also that they do not have any dongles they can provide (which I did not request, just asked if the dongle could be the reason).I was immediately able to find this dongle available on the Logitech store after finishing the chat with support where they told me that Logitech had no available dongles.Not wanting to trash a headset that I more or less enjoyed when it worked fine, I bought this new dongle just to see. It fixed all of my low volume issues I had been dealing with for a long time.If your compatible headset has volume issues that arent fixed any other way, try getting a replacement dongle. My headset sounds brand new now, again.Its unfortunate that Logitech support was basically useless here and stated that a new dongle was unlikely to fix the issue. I do not know what caused my old dongle to stop working properly but this absolutely fixed my issue.
