I love the color but this sucks
I love the color but this sucks. It looks so cheap and almost broken. The blue part is lift up like its broken. And I charged it for over 2 hrs and it charged my phone like 29% and it's already showing its in 2 charge. I doubt I can get a full charge with it. The LED light works fine though

Dependable, must have for traveling.
I bought this about a year ago. I only use it when I’m traveling for work, in case I can’t find a charging station at the airport or I don’t have time to charge my device. It has really saved me on a number of occasions. I won’t travel without this.

Poor product and poor package...
They sent me a box that was already open and torn. I didn't think much of it, I thought it was just an accident. I opened it up and one of the charger's lights weren't working...

should be better built.
The first time I plugged it in, 2 sets of lights went on, and I was able to charge 2 phones. Now, only one set of lights powers on and the second USB is worthless. I keep it to give my customers a boost. But it is worthless. Do not buy. Not worth the money.
