It out performs pans twice its price (clad can be an overrated design).Bonus: one of the thickest aluminum cores of any type of pan on the market.Huge bonus: no rivets!If you see this on sale, don't hold your breath - skip demeyere/all-clad/etc., and get this instead.EDITED for a grammatical error.

Even cooking temps
I use this as my favorite, now I just need one of the larger ones. Love the sturdiness, easy cleanup and most of all, good temp control with no apparent hotspots. Expensive, but it's so good it makes cooking more fun.
