This is my favorite cheese…for sandwich. Grilled of course it is great …melts good, no stringiness.

This is the best tasting cheddar cheese and the texture is fantastic. The availability of this product is terrible and the price is outrageous.

We haven’t been able to get Cracker Barrel Cheese in quite some time. It is the basis cheese of my Wife’s amazing Pimento Cheese. Found this and we were so excited. We waited and waited, it finally arrived in the USPS?! It was found in our mailbox in the West Texas 100+ heat. After opening, the cheese was soft, playable and quite greasy. Wife said, this can’t be used.

I never went without have this cheese in my fridge, and like many was frustrated with the long absence where it was unavailable and then happy to have it back. It is NOT the same cheese. It has a different texture and tastes more like American cheese. It is not as sharp was it was. Fess up Cracker Barrel, you changed the formula.

Great flavor but a bit expensive

I love this cheese! Other sharp cheese brands just don't measure up. I used to be able to get this locally. I don't know why but the stores around here (Covington, WA) just don't sell it any more. If you like extra sharp cheddar cheese, I highly recommend this.

I used it with crackers as a snack (although Inow have a better cheese to use.
