Fitbit-Alta Hr, Classic Accessory Band, Gray, Large, Black, Large (Pack of 1)

I bought this replacement strap for the sole reason that it was a genuine Fitbit product on the assumption that the quality would be good, and would last. Six months later I have unfortunately had to re-order another replacement as the rubber (where the strap connects to the fitbit) has deterioraited/split and now the fitbit will easily detach from the strap. Disappointed that I now have to pay a further £19.99 so I can wear my fitbit knowing that it will stay safely on my wrist!

Firstly very impressed with Fitbit, my 2yr old charge was becoming detached from the strap. spoke to Fitbit and they replaced with and ALTA foc ;)the strap supplied still relies on pushing the clip thru holes on the strap, which is not easy to do, at least they have supplied a band which fits over the clip to prevent it coming apart if caught. however it is still very fiddly to put on.this strap with a buckle is very easy to put on and feels more secure. looked at all the similar alternatives, but ended up going for the genuine one, although dearer, based on some of the comments on the alternatives with colour fading etc. hopefully it will last

The quality is great! The first week it was a little difficult to get the band through that little security strap (with Fitbit logo on it). Honestly, I'd unlock the snap at the band-watch connection to avoid that little security strap! But after about a week of using this band normally, it got a little softer and now I have no problems of put in on or getting the band through the safety strap.

Broke after 6 months. Constantly falling off.

Keeps coming undone after less than two months. The metal hinge has snapped.
