Excellent product that is a lifesaver for muscle tension
I found out about this tool from my PT, who used it on my glutes, hips and legs. It was euphoric. I immediately bought one and it is fantastic. I prefer when a partner uses it on me but it is still great for self massage when needed, depending on the areas you’re trying to get.I didn’t want to mess around with cheaper knock-offs and I can tell I made the right choice because the quality of this tool is obvious. The material on the balls is unique and allows it to really dig in rather than just sliding over your skin. Highly recommend!

Versatile, attractive and easy to Use
We chose this roller for several reasons: 1. Its' size, and weight. It's easy to pack and carry to the gym or Physical Therapy or to the pickleball court (to loosen up tight muscles and relieve surprise cramps). 2. It's different from foam rollers and allows one to really target small areas. 3. It just feels right/well-balanced.It comes with a durable little foldout booklet (didn't discover the foldout feature for a day or so...because the fold out is magnetic. It says to look on the back for more information. When it probably should have arrows saying something to the effect of "open here". Inside, there are tips like changing grip styles to create a more focused massage. There are beautifully done photos as well as explanations for what the different roller balls can be used for. There are social media links as well as links to online tutorials. The amount of attention devoted to creating a total "user experience" is laudable. Color us impressed! So far, we are not really using this as a roller, but rather as a physical therapy aid while we recover from a dislocated shoulder fracture. So far, we have attached arm weights to it for some curls and presses. Have also used it in some range of motion exercises that we found difficult to duplicate away from PT. We're also prone to developing plantar fasciaitis (sp) and this feels way better than ye aulde roll a ball technique.Do make sure you put this away after use...no leaving on the floor. It's not something one wants to step on in the dark. Definite slip/trip/fall risk.And... if you have pets you may want to give them a light roll. So far 1 out of 3 cats is enjoying a little cheek/neck action : )

Multifunctional, yet lacking
I have tried this product on and off again for a couple months now. Overall, it can provide some relief if used properly, however, the effectiveness is limited. For larger cylindrical appendages like your legs, it works very well.I feel it is lacking for targeted relief on areas flatter like your back. It just requires too much maneuvering (diminishing returns of relief). Areas like your shoulders or elsewhere on your arm is also not as effective, since you are losing half your leverage compared to applying it to your legs with both hands. Thus, for the price point. It cannot be considered a one fix all tool. I repeat though, it works great on the legs especially.

Perfect if you work out regularly!
I got this right before running a half marathon and it has been invaluable in massaging out my sore leg muscles. While we have one of those massage guns, I LOVE that this kneads out the muscles (especially in my calves and quads). Its also great if you can get your partner to use on you as it doesn't take much skill to get a really great massage with this massage stick.PROS* Very easy to use* Sturdy construction* Effective relief for sore muscles* Doesn't pinch skin. Back in college, I had one but it could pinch skin in between the rollers. This one is constructed so that doesn't happen.* Can use on yourself pretty easilyHonestly, I can't think of any cons. It's been really great. And interestingly enough, I saw a massage therapist at the end of the half marathon with this exact massage stick (or at least it looked exactly like this). If you work our regular and get sore legs, this is awesome!

Expensive But Really Helps
I used this massage stick on neck muscles first and the little red gear on the stick works best on loosening the tight muscles and working to get the knots at for me.I have really bad circulation in my legs and it helps. Will look at the tips on their website for more help.4It worked better than I expected it to work!

Get it!
Do yourself a favor and get this roller. We have various massage wands from big to small and this roller gets used more than anything. It is super easy to use by yourself. You can even use it on your back if your arms are able to be put behind your back. My husband would have me roll a broomstick on his back now we just use this. Works great

I don't really get it
I got this device to help work out some soreness in my back and shoulders. I was a bit disappointed by what this ended up being, especially for the price. It's essentially a series of differently-sized plastic beads that spin around a dowel. It's just a straight rod, so you really have to push it against the muscle to feel it. It worked fine for what it was, but it didn't feel very exceptional, and it didn't really work out any of my soreness. I may be using it wrong, but I read through the included instructions, and I didn't see any specific ways to use it other than how I was. It was fine, but it wasn't really remarkable, and I think there are better options out there.
