Does exactly as described!
I purchased oracle surface mount halos for my 2020 wrangler which only have a positive and negative connection for the LED driver for the halos. I initially had the halos wired to my DRLs but the halos would switch off when I hit the turn signal and I didn’t like that look so I found this fuse tap and it worked perfect. The length is more than enough, the wire quality and connectors are soldered and connected well and my wire taps worked perfectly with no loose connections but I used electrical tape as an added precaution. It took me 10 minutes to tap and wire up and 15 minutes to wrap electrical tape around the connector because I ran it across my radiators and wanted to ensure maximum protection from motor temps. Suggestion for Wrangler JL owners: use fuse #52 (cig lighter) and remove the factory 20 amp fuse and use that on the BOTTOM HALF of the tap into the fuse box. Leave 25Amp fuse on the top of the tap for the halos. This will not overload the initial Amperage of the fuse slot and will actually make your halos slightly brighter if done correctly!

Easy to install. The lights I hooked the adapter to had a different end, so I just spliced the wires together. Quick install of new Gladiator Headlights.

Really streamlines installation of led headlights with built-in running lights
Makes LED headlight substitution very easy! Allows direct plug in to the auxiliary fuse box socket to power the integral driving lights while still maintaining the original function of that fuse position.

Works with a Ram truck
I gave this to my mechanic so he could hook up led drl's on a set of aftermarket reflector headlights (I have a 2017 Ram). They work very nicely and are a great value for a plug 'n play option.

These are okay but do not come with the right size fuse for led headlights .
