Great hot tub good seller was cheaper than anywhere else I'd looked for it and it came with heat retaining bladder which no other site offered perfect thanks

Had two inflatable ones before this one. Searched for quite a while as due to access issues a fixed one in the back was not an option.Comes as a kit and easy to put together - looks good when put together. Noticed that the water seems to get hotter quicker than previous ones we had. Also the water stays hotter when off overnight by a few degrees.Did have an issue first off as the 'pump' was really noisy straight out of the box. Like a 2-stroke motorbike unpleasant to sit in the tub. Company were really poor had to send video and sound level readings - the they said that was normal!! Had to threaten taking legal action then they replaced it . No surprises that the second pump much much quieter.That aside this hard sided tub is much better than the last two inflatable ones we had in every way. So still gets my recommendation.
