This seed is very good and fast growing just like its description. No complaints and thats rare for grass seed.

If you do your job this will do it’s! We were told by many that grass will not grow in our lawn due to trees and other factors. I now have a full green lawn!

Prepped the area properly, watered and tended to as the instructions indicates, the see still sits there over a month later not germinating.

This is a very reliable combination of seed and fertilizer. I'm in SoCal and have been using this brand for years. Based on my experience, grass typically starts to germinate within a week, even in shady areas. It is great for patching, overseeding, or starting a new lawn. The grass looks great and thrives in SoCal's winter but also does well in the summer heat. This is my go-to mix.

A lot of grass came up in a week, some of the grass didn’t come up. I will have to put more grass seed down to cover the bare spots where the grass didn’t grow

I spread the seed over dethatched and aerated ground and watered 1-2 times daily for 10 minutes. The seed sprouted in five days and is several inches tall after two weeks. The grass is nicely green. We’ll see how it performs through the winter and next season’s heat, but it certainly provides a quick base if you want to overplant with other seed that takes longer to sprout.
