Bought two of these a few months ago and Initially the cartridge did not work due to HPs attempts to block non HP ink in their printers. However this was quickly resolved by smart ink's customer service team who sorted in under 5 minutes. Just had another problem today, contacted them again and all sorted promptly. Excellent service and value for money.

Worked fine and I saved a bundle vs the branded product.The notes inside the box were great as I initially had a complatibility issue, but a quick read and problem solved

Had issue with compatibility due to recent HP firmware update. Customer service responded within minutes and have agreed to send a new cartridge immediately which should work.Can’t comment on whether it does work since it hasn’t arrived yet (should arrive in 1-2 days) but so far customer service has been good.Lost 1 star because cartridge didn’t just work immediately.

I have been using Smart Ink for some time now and the product quality has always been excellent, like the value for money. I haven't until now had cause to use their customer support service. My most recent purchase (2 x 903 XL HP Compatible cartridges) when installed didn't not deliver any ink, despite the software showing both cartridges were full. So I got in touch and without any hesitation or attempts to transfer the problem to the courier, the manufacturer of the printer or me, SmartInk simply, quickly and courteously owned the problem and desptached my two new cartridges which arrived while I was away for the weekend and were here waiting for me on Monday ready to go for the working week. Perfect service! Thanks guys.

To prevent known software issues I turned auto printer updates off some time ago, cartridge installed, worked perfectly. If cartridge incompatibility issue arises , SMARTINK has a work around fix. Happy 😊

The cartridges were not recognised by the printer but after a quick chat to customer service an easy fix was provided and they now work perfectly

Neutral review as it was the wrong one for my printer

After HP blocked my printer to try to force me to install their own brand of ink I contacted SMART Ink. They were there immediately, answering my questions and helping me to override the block. I was very nearly going to get rid of my HP printer and buy another brand because I refuse to be held to ransom by a company like HP. My printer is out of warranty anyway so that would not be voided by using SMART Ink products.I have purchased SMART Ink cartridges on numerous occasions previously and this is the first time my printer has been blocked by an HP update, SMART Ink also helped me to turn off the automatic updates. It was really easy to do even for a luddite like myself.I highly recommend SMART Ink on all levels for their products and their exceptional customer service.

Appena installata la cartuccia viene riconosciuta come non originale dalla stampante però dopo aver fatto la pulizia della testina, come consigliato dal servizio di assistenza, funziona perfettamente.

J'ai achete ces cartouches en decembre 2025. Je les ai mises ds mon imprimante en juillet 2026 et entre temps la marque HP a change le système de securite ; donc ça ne fonctionnait pas. J'ai appele le support dont les coordonnees etaient ds la boite et aussitot ils m'ont donne soit la marche a suivre pour qu'elles fonctionnent ou un echange. Donc ne vous enervez pas si vous avez un probleme puisque vs avez leurs coordonnees ds la boite d'achat. Pour ma part je les ai trouves tres reactifs et tres a l'ecoute. Probleme resolu je reste fidele a la marque qui est beaucoup moins chere et d'aussi bonne qualite d'impression

Ich habe die Patronen als günstigere Alternative für meinen Drucker bestellt und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Einsetzen hat problemlos geklappt, und die Patronen wurden vom Drucker direkt erkannt.

No me funcionó el segundo cartucho, pero se ocuparon de enviarme otro de repuesto.
