Small size tablet to swallow and no bitter aftertaste
I have tried a lot of different types of Iron tablets and often they are either very large sized tablet or have a terrible aftertaste that upsets my stomach. These are great, and have no bitter after taste or upset my stomach after taking them. A small sized tablet, and has B12 and is Vegan ticks all the boxes and priced fairly - would definitely recommend them

I Assume It is Working
I have been vegan for years and have been using this for a while, every other day. My iron numbers are always good when they are checked by my physician. I try to eat pretty healthfully but I do take iron because of being vegan to make sure I am getting enough. Good price and a small size pill.
