Nice, but...
The unit is ok, but not really the "wireless" that I was hoping for.The receiver clips on to your shirt and it is still tethered to the earpiece by standard headphone jack. This makes it nice because the unit is universal for headphones, however still feels like you are wired to something not really free. I also HATE the fact SONY still has proprietary plugs. What' even worse, the copper leads are very sensitive. After about a month of use plugging in the receiver every 2-4 hours (because it does not hold a charge worth a darn), the 2 leads are bent and will not make a good connection, thus not charging. So, bottom line, the receiver is now only a pocket eye-candy but does not truly get you wireless.Cons:*Proprietary plug*You have to clip the receiver onto a shirt, and it is just heavy enough that you have to clip on a shirt pocket. No shirt pocket, you have to clip on shirt collar or sleeve (not so comfortable)*30-foot reception is truly all you get, if there is a wall or solid partition between you and the source you will not get reception.*Most people in the office think I am wearing an old fashion recording device. Not too bad since I work in an engineering office and pocket protectors are "cool" - LOL*Only 2-4 hours of run time, maybe a new battery would improve performance however 2 hours is hardly wireless*No skip or repeatPros:*Syncing with phone (iPhone and EVO0 was a breeze*Sound quality is good enough*Call quality is great and callers have no idea I am using a Bluetooth unit*KISS - stop, play, hold down for volume control, and phone*Universal 3.5mm headphone jack

Adequate but not much more
A stereo bluetooth headset appeals to those of us that use our phones as media players. As such, the functionality of the HBH-DS200 is barely appropriate. The available controls are "Play" and "Stop". That's it. No volume control, no skip or forward... The sound quality is nothing to write home about compared to other bluetooth stereo kits of comparable or lesser cost, and the reception is iffy, even when the receiver is less than 10 inches away from the phone. As far as phone calls, it's alright. It has extra functions like voice dialing and mute, but be prepared to learn how to toggle these with the one button available for everything.

Becoming archaic for phone use but perfect for media player use!
Anyone who has a Sony Ericsson Walkman needs this accessory. It has three serious flaws: (1) there is no Sony Ericsson Walkman that will function as a telephone as of January 2017 (defeats the purpose of this unit as a telephone accessory), (2) it only eliminates the cord from the FastPort to your headset, and therefore, the FM receiver won't work with it (the FastPort HPM-64 is the FM antenna), and (3) obviously, the battery should eventually be replaced (how does the user get to it?). However, it's dandy, as a Sony Ericsson Walkman can still be used as a fine mp3 player, and you can leave your phone where it is and freely walk with this accessory wherever you want, such as many rooms in your house—the range is actually quite good.
