Very difficult to follow instructions
It looks quite elegant and has a lovely lighting up function. But the instructions were very difficult to follow and assumed a great deal of prior knowledge and intuition to get right.

Be aware, this product has not AC plug/adaptator
Product arrived early than planned, so logistics are nice. However, when I opened the package I noticed that no AC plug/adaptator is included, just a USB/micro USB cable. As per described: "AC power must be required for the clock and all functions to work. It supports AC 100-240V input.", not being specified is quite misleading for customers. Customer service not giving any feasible solution, neither spare parts. 1 star.

Poor quality, no phased lighting, inaudible radio, unclear instructions - difficult to programme, night clock too bright - not enough settings, low tech.Trying to return the product but the seller is delaying the process so had to report to Amazon.

lots of useful functions
quite easy to set up once the instructions have been read. really bright light when on the highest setting and very low and subtle on the lowest. much prefer this than using my phone alarm, more reliable and not as alert/loud.
