The accompanying bonus audio is also extremely helpful as well. I listen to it just before bedtime and it helps to get me relaxed. Iโd highly recommend this book!

Rare knowledge on sales
Love it! Engaging, clear, structured. Great book with insights that will help me achieve my targets and more. I am excited and inspired! That was a copy paste from my review on the ebook. Listening to the audible is much better for me as Iโm time poor, and a Territory Manager on the road. Perfect to upskill as I drive between appointments! The narrator is clear and professional and really easy to listen to. Amazes me what we pick up through the different senses. I have shared this with my own sales team. Especially good for conquering our own behaviours when the reptile brain takes over!

Fascinating book.
This is a fascinating book packed full of useful information which is applicable to both a business and personal environment. It is written in a clear easy to follow format which makes it very enjoyable to read. I have been in business for a long time and reading this book does you make you realise that there are always new ideas to take onboard. It is also refreshing to visit ideas which might have been used previously but were either forgotten about or not put into practice anymore. The author is obviously a very thoughtful , understanding individual and I would definitely recommend this book.

Just fascinating!
This book takes a very interesting angle in understanding the human mind, then behaviors, also body language, general sales tactics and beyond. I learned a whole lot! Looking forward to purchasing a paperback for my husband; this is beautifully written and invaluable information!

Very nice book on selling with very useful advice. The chapters are very short and it's an easy read, very good for busy people. Although the author pushes the 'psychological side' of sellings, it does so in a very NLP informed way and condense it in very good manner. Beside psychology of selling, the author also details the commercial side of selling process, thus providing also technical skills along with setting the proper mindset of the seller. I enjoyed the reading, but I think I would enjoyed more as a full-time seller. Also this book clearly state a truth that is know to everyone who is seriously involved in selling and is : DO NOT LIE. Adjusting seller's attitude should be seen as a way to improve communication but basically nothing sells better than the truth, and being consistent with that will make also the seller better at sellings, and more than it will also make the seller most consistent and happy, counting on a network of commercial relationships that are based on a true attitude and true statements.

This is a great book for someone interested in a career in sales. I would recommend reading it more than once.

There is SO much in this book! It's not just a book on sales but a manual on building rapport and effective communication, whatever your role. A really easy read too. If you're in sales, yes - it's a must. But if you just want to become a better communicator and influencer, there's a wealth of fantastic material. Highly recommended.
