Fast delivery, easy to assemble, terrible delivery!!
Sofa as described, easy to assemble, arrived a few days in advance of estimated. Problem was with the delivery!!! No warning it was coming early, left in driveway next to public road (easy potential theft) and it rained while I was at work soaking the sofa! : (

Good couch, painful delivery process
Couch itself is great. Firm yet comfortable, and lives up to the description and photos. I would recommend this couch. Delivery process was awful. The order was “picked up” the day I ordered it, then got radio silence for two weeks before I got any updates. The couch was then delivered almost three weeks after I ordered it, and I was told by the delivery driver that helping get the couch inside was an extra fee on top of the $100 delivery fee I had already paid. So I got to drag the 175lb package into my home without assistance. 0/5 stars for delivery.
