The bed is gorgeous and my kids love it! It definitely takes two people to assemble. I was missing pieces which made assembling longer and a headache. Customer service was extremely to work with and by the end we had everything needed to complete the bed

This turned out so well! My kids love it. Super responsive seller. We had one minor issue and they very quickly resolved it. I wish the instructions were a little easier to decipher (we had to take one section apart after we realized we'd assembled it backwards), but otherwise it was great! Would definitely buy from this seller again!

The media could not be loaded.  I waited three months to leave a review to give the seller credit. We did not receive all of the parts for this bed. It came with two of the same pieces to put the slide together instead of one for the left side and one for the right. I contacted them and they shipped me a new one but it was two of the same size again and also for two different bed colors, one white and one gray. So we are still missing the piece and our slide is just barely hanging on there.Other critiques would be that it is extremely flimsy material and not engineered very well.The bed shakes super easy so we’ve considered mounting it to the wall. If somebody was sleeping on the bottom and someone climbed on top they would be a walk in seconds because the whole thing shakes.The latter going up does not have a place to attach the bottom right corner so when you step on it it’s most likely going to break overtime because it pushes in.Within about 24 hours two of the boards that were pre-assembled and nailed around the window had already fallen off.Within about three days of use one of the boards that runs across the top and bottom part of the bed so the mattress can sit on it, it broke just because my kid touched it.The slide is extremely steep and dangerous. We had to put beanbags at the bottom so they could land gently because it’s so steep. The slide is also loud when in use.The drawers underneath don’t have racks to slide back-and-forth easily. They turn sideways because they are just loose under the bed and it drives me nuts because it looks tacky.It’s a super cute looking bed but it’s not functional or sturdy for daily use we are learning.I would be careful when buying. We went with this bed thinking it would be good for the price but it’s actually cheap like the price. I would have rather invest more money into a stronger bed for long-term years. We’ve only had it for three months and it’s already falling apart and we still don’t have the pieces to assemble the slide on correctly or strong.

The instructions had us build the bed from top down , so when it was time to build the bottom bunk we had to lift the entire top bunk and house up to put the bottom bunk underneath. Some of the holes were not in the correct spot so we had to accommodate. . Also the roof on the house holes were not aligned correctly so it looks nothing like the picture, the roof is spaced out. The only way we were able to get the roof up is to put where they already had holes made . . Slide is to steep . My 3yr old won’t go down unless I’m standing there .

My 5 year old and 3 year old love this bed. It was easy to assemble and very sturdy. The one thing that did disappoint was the fact that it didn’t come with anything to secure the drawers from being push all the way under the bed

Do not buy!!!!! The slide broke under a year of us buying this. Could have caused serious injury or death.

Kids got use to the bunk bed and started to use the slide more often. Assembly becames easier after a few times moving it around.
