Q: what is the measurement of the bottoms of the pans?

My 11” pan has a bottom (the silver part) of 6.75”. The black anodized part of the bottom extends past the 6.75” and begins to gently curve upwards to become the sides. Because of this curve it’s not possible to accurately measure as to where the bottom edge is and the beginning of the sides.

Q: what is the depth of the 12" pan measuring vertically ?

It’s a bit difficult to determine because of the slope of where the sides meet the flat bottom, but I just tried to do it with a tape measure vertically to the flat bottom and eyeball it. It’s somewhere around 1.75” and 2”. This was measured on the interior of the pan.

Q: How is it with high heat

Love them the best I ever had going to buy more work great on high heats and I even put in oven cleans 123
