This item is very cute. My 6 year old niece put it together. Well made and very easy to assemble.

Great STEM Toy — challenging and well worth the effort
Awsome kit. Some of the screws are very tricky to get in and I had to help my 8-year old with some of them. No way he could have done it himself. That’s why it only got 4 stars.But that was a plus in the end because we spent more time together and that’s priceless.He loved building it and it looks great when it’s finished.

cool & kid approved
Purchased for 9yo to match room decor. She gave up trying to put it together. It requires a wrench to hold the nut on one side while screwing the other side. I ended up putting it together and it looks way more complicated than it is. Directions (pictures only) are not the best but okay for I'd say a tween or older. Some screws will need to re-loosen during assembly for adjustments and balancing. Once assembled it's a nice piece.

Nice Model steam engine ferris wheel
I have ordered 3 of these ferris wheel kits, Great addition to a model steam engine. They make GREAT gifts for any one that likes to build....

Patience required.
Manual is hard to follow and riddled with errors, that is, if you are supposed to interpret it literally. Wrench is not low-profile enough to fit into space to reach nuts. Nuts loosen in time on their own, hard for me to align the track, many parts had to be bent to be tightened then re-bent back into place.

Great-grandson loved it!
I really never saw any of the packages that my great-grandson got but his mother told me he loved them and looked forward every month for his package. I do hope that his parents continue it for him where I couldn't do it for more than a year.

Schönes Geschenk
Sehr schönes Geschenk für 8 jährigen.Nur bei den Abständen der Muttern untereinander kommt man manchmal in Schwierigkeiten, weil einfach kein Platz für den Mutternschlüssel oder die Finger ist. Haben es trotzdem gut zusammen gebaut.
