It does what it was designed to do, irreversible crimp for grounding. Must use a Burndy crimper. I have the PAT750CLI battery operated hydraulic crimper.

Make sure you have enough hydraulic power.
Bought these to make permanent connections to ground rods. Looks to be well made, and has a copper like paste pre-applied for corrosion resistance. But you need the correct crimping tool. My Cembre crimping tool didn't have enough power to even begin to compress this connector.
