It’s a servo. goes left and right but it was pricey compared to other servos.

It's a decent servo for the money. I like the longlead wire. Great for using on wings. Just wish is was metal gear.

SV80 Long Lead Servo - Analog
The Parkzone long lead SV80 servos work fine but be aware that they are analog so can't be used with AS3X or other stabilization technologies, they require digital servos.
