I bought it for Hp MFP MF281fdw. My printer stopped working after I put this toner..

When I purchased a color Laser Jet Pro MFP MD281cdw from Costco, I had no idea that I would have difficulty finding toner cartridges so when the original HP cartridges ran out, I searched everywhere for a replacement. I could not find HP cartridges but to my delight, I found exactly what I needed on Amazon. What I didn't know was just how great the True Image Compatible Toner Cartridges were. I assumed that maybe the color wouldn't be as bright or there would be streakiness or the cartridge would work until it was half gone then clog but no. These cartridges are top notch. The color is vivid. the cartridges themselves are sleek, drop in smoothly and are long lasting. The second time I needed to replace cartridges, I thought "maybe I will get the HP originals this time." I could only find HP black (still not in stock at Costco) but the True Image cartridges were still available on Amazon and again, I was utterly pleased. I am so grateful that they have these available that I will never use anything else. The are sleek, well made, compatible with my printer and last a long time. I have a small business and print a lot of my own brochures for my office and for marketing. I feel like I have gotten my money's worth. I have had HP printers reject cartriges from other suppliers with the all in one printers I have used before. I believe HP sends out an electronic update to make sure that the printers reject cartridges that are not their proprietary brand but so far this has not been an issue and I would have certainly complained if it had since I have had such difficulty even finding HP replacement cartridges. As long as HP doesn't mess things up, I will always use these as I think they are the best. And if HP does what it did to previous printers I have owned (send out the update to block other cartridge use), I will have to resort to never owning a HP printer again. BTW, my solution to the ink issue with the HP all in one printers was to buy an Epson Workforce. Print not so great but certainly adequate for my medical office's everyday needs. when I don't need professional looking print work. If I need the best, I use the laser printer with the True Imager toner cartridges.

I recently repurchased the True Image 201X M277dw Toner 4 cartridge pack. It is an incredible value. They also work great in our HP Laserjet, delivering perfect color. The previous toner cartridges lasted over 1 year. Next year I will be reordering these again.

Cartridges are compatible with my older HP laser printer and at a more affordable price. Quality of the printing is the same as the OEM cartridges. My printer recognized these as non-HP cartridges and after the initial initialization and calibration (which took a little longer), everything worked fine. Would highly recommend!

Product arrived in timely manner and good packaging. Not sure about compatibility as it start to print grayscale prints with blue back ground or line of red. not sure if this is the printer issue or not? if this was not the issue, I would have given it 5 star.
