Keeps crashing on MS Teams.Has no security.Advertised with a years free 365 it hasn’t.Very slow.

Efficent. Premise and great for negotiating this pandemic

I purchased an HP Laptop (Model 14-CF1502SA) last year from a reputable high street store. The laptop was not cheap but has proved to be unsatisfactory from my own experience. (1) The screen is lacking brightness and vividness. Internet images appear of very low quality resolution and the whites are simply not white. There seems to be no obvious configuration settings whereby one can set the screen resolution and brightness quality to their own preference. I took the laptop back to the store only to be told that the screen type (matte) is the reason of the image quality. They tried to improve matters but without any success through the settings functionality. (2) Some of the keyboard key letters/numbers/symbols started to fade away making the keyboard look worn and shabby already although its use so far has been minimal.I have had very many laptops in my life, both personal and work ones. Never, ever, on any of those laptops I have experienced any of these issues. In a few words, I am extremely disappointed with this HP laptop and would not recommend it, unless of course you like getting disappointed.NOTE: The laptop was not purchased via Amazon and the purpose of my review here is to share my own experience for information only.
