Arrived on time and safely packaged well, very good toaster and works for my needs, toasts very well and has various levels for browning to your taste, extra benefits of defrosting button, slots are quite wide enough for my uses and i have used crumpets and tea cakes to toast, i opted for 2 slicer and is useful for myself, covered colour and chose because it matches my red and white kitchen and accessories, price was very good value for money and is a very good quality product.

Good toaster does what it says looks good does the job good slots nice and wide for bread and easy to change settings and it quiet

Loved the product. Arrived on time and the packaging was good. Works as mentioned. Easy to use and clean. Highly recommended.

Good toasting (even and fluffy inside) and well sized slots but very lightweight construction and poorly thought out design. The browning knob makes no click so it seems to spin endlessly (annoying) and lever is flimsy. Its feet don't hold it down very securely on a surface. On the stainless steel model, the markings are printed in a way that you can't make them out against the brushed metal at all angles. Blue LED indicators. It's not well thought out and there's too many ways for crumbs to get stuck inside as well with so many cooling openings around the top. John Lewis's Simplicity toaster and Dualit's Studio look much better designed products and could be worth spending extra on, but the toasting performance of the John Lewis one is only average.

This toaster is simple to use and is effective. I love the colour.

Really solid, well-performing toaster that manages everything from sourdough breads and sliced bagels to traditional loaves of bread. Aside from the defrost setting there aren't any other features - that said from experience that's when faults tend to creep in or the performance for standard toasting starts to dwindle. Was expecting it to be more of a stop gap on the way to buying another toaster to replace the one from John Lewis that had all the bells and whistles but wasn't very good at any particular setting and gave up the toast - I mean ghost...or do I? Anyways, will be keeping this one as it's doing a good job and doesn't look really ugly compared to the others I was looking at before buying. Recommended :-)
