All four devices had the same problem and the newer device (being rated here) is the worst of all
This is fourth unit we have had of this make, and the 2nd of this model. It is an inexpensive tablet so one can't complain too much overall. But, the biggest problem with the device is the USB charging port. The USB connector literally only lasts five or six weeks before it starts to become problematic. All four devices had the same problem and the newer device (being rated here) is the worst of all. Finally after three months or so, depending on usage, the USB connector becomes so intermittent that the unit will no longer charge. The USB charging cable shipped with the unit itself is under rated for current carrying capacity, and the tablet takes forever to charge, if it is being used at the same time. Replacing the USB cable with a quality cable solves that problem, but then the USB connector on the tablet itself eventually becomes unusable. If the USB port problem was solved by upgrading the connector, this low cost tablet would be great as a starter device, especially for children and early teens. But as it is now, and as it has been, it's not worth bother purchasing.

Nice tablet. Worth the money
Nice tablet good picture. Worth the money. 2 things I didn't like. One there's no mouse and 2 you charge it is where you plug in the keyboard. So you can't charge it and type on the keyboard at the same time. It's definitely not a laptop but like I said nice tablet.

Nice tablet for the money
Nice tablet for the money. I bought it to replace my old Google Nexus.Visual Land Prestige Elite works just as good, for much smaller price.May be performance is a little sluggish sometimes.Android 5.0.2 works fine.I bought another tablet same model as a gift.No problems reported. Screen is not super sharp but good enough.Keyboard case is an extra perk. One drawback is that keyboard connectedby usb cable so tablet can't be charged at same time.I wish they would make 2 micro-usb ports or separate charger connectorin tablets.

Constantly freezes and locks up.
Going to send my 2nd one back and try for a 3rd time to see if this tablet will ever work. Of course it is going to cost me $25 more dollars to send it back so now I have spent an extra $50 on this table. It comes with a nice case and keyboard, but the issue is the tablet constantly freezes up and the only thing it is good for is as a book reader. While the display on it is nice all the pluses I wanted to say about this tablet are nullified by the fact that it won't work.I can factory reset it and it seems to work okay for about a week, but after that it continues to freeze up constantly. I only have 7 apps loaded on it and disabled many of the factory installed ones, but it appears it is not the apps causing the issue but the processor.

We were not really sure about purchasing until we read other reviews. The tablet runs smoothly, although start up is a lot slower than what we are used to with our laptop's. The only drawbacks we have found so far is that some apps are not compatible with KitKat yet. The keyboard is a hassle when not in use ( the cord does not like to stay in the holder that is designed for it)

Poor Quality all the way around
Very disappointed with the volume quality of this product even though there are two speakers on this tablet. It seems to freeze and shut down certain games when I'm playing them and is very slow to respond. I have previously owned a visual land tablet size 8 inch and that was had better performance than the 10 inch and better sound quality for volume. The only thing I love about this tablet is the color purple.
