The media could not be loaded.  I use this in my main living space which is approx 13m long by 5m wide and 3.4 m high (221 m3). On normal setting it will get to 40 rh from say 36 rh at 21 deg C in about 40 minutes. On high setting even quicker about 20 minutes or less. On low setting I find the humidity slowly drops but that may be suitable for maintaining a smaller room.I researched recommended humidity for COPD and 40rh was recommended. It is complex and varies for individuals but I find 42 rh optimum for me but I also suffer if the temperature rises above 22.5 deg C or I exert myself at higher humidities over 45 but that is personal to me.Cleaning other than descaling is not well covered but I suggest that thorough basic normal cleaning needs to be weekly to reduce the risk of airborne infection such as legionella. I chose to use Brita filtered water to reduce accumulations or water impurities.In conclusion: easy to use and effective recommended when winter months cause excessively low humidities. NOTE This is silent other than an occasional quiet glug when the tank automatically tops up the ultrasonic water feed. Any background noise is actually my HEPA air filter or outside city noises.

Not having much luck with humidifiers so far. This one seemed OK, but stopped working after four weeks. No lights would come on, and as an OAP I am not going to start electrical investigations. Refilling with water quite clumsy, and seemed to get dirty inside quickly. I cleaned it every week and used reccommended cleaner, but wonder what it would look like after a few months. Hopefully better luck with a different brand as the humidifier seemed to help.

Unfortunately the water vapour is not like steam a lot just falls to the floor soaking it. So I put a fan behind it which worked well.

Absolutely brilliant well worth the price easy to use, 3 different setting and a pop out piece at the back for putting oils with easy wash out sponge love it.

Product received broken. Light cover on base broken and looks to have been stuck on again so can only assume it was used before or returned and then resold as new stock.

first class appliance. I have c.o.p.d. and it has helped a lot with my dry cough at night. would recommend

Holds huge amount of water and runs pretty quiet.

Total waste of time,not for renewing air, Or eliminetting smells or smoke or eons and whatever else you promised. Stuck with another box as you sent me 2.
