takes FOREVER to arrive. just a warning. holes are too small - especially the ones on the side for a large adult cat (in my opinion) but the two kittens love it and it will just get donated or trashed after they are done entertaining themselves. quality is "ok" - i'm a cardboard connoisseur so hard to please...
