I had some surgeries some time ago where I had to wear a diaper for protection. This lasted only a few months, however, at the age of 43 I suddenly became a diaper lover (as I see they call it). I sleep most soundly when wearing a diaper and sometimes for fun and comfort I will wear a diaper all day. (just to be weird) I had previously worn Abri-Form M4, as that I what I got leaving the hospital. I loved the thickness and the little bit of crinkle. It was the thick paddedness I liked, so I don't wear any of the store brands that are thin and not sturdy.I purchased Confidry 24/7 based on reviews. The confidry is HUGE and the medium is plenty big for my over 200 pound frame. When I tested the performance, WOW, they can hold a lot. Perhaps more than Abri-Form but I don't know, because I never maxed out either. I can tell you that you can drink beer all day in this diaper, till it's so full you can hardly walk and your wife makes fun of you.I can wear the Abri-Form out in public to the store or other loud places and under jeans, even at family events and nobody knows. The ConfiDry 24/7 is incredibly LOUD. I've tried wearing tight underwear over it, and there is no way to hid the noise these things make. If you are walking and the place is just reasonably quiet, everyone will hear you. So if you are a D.L. who likes the crinkly factor, these are over the top. If you sometimes need to wear a diaper around others and don't want to advertise it, then these are not a good choice for daytime. They are even loud when you roll over in bed. I can hear them outside the covers. VERY LOUD. But on the utilitarian side, they are bomb proof. Like I said, put it on, crack some beers and watch two soccer games and your still on the couch. Those of you wearing for medical reasons, can appreciate the comparison. Remember I was once one of you.

These are great. They're very absorbent, and the fit is perfect. They can hold multiple wettings, and last 8 hours or more. They're a little bigger than other brands for sizing, which is perfect for me since im on the higher end of size mediums for other brands. I have a 38" waist, so mediums on most brands are a bit snug, while larges are a bit too big. The tapes are very strong too, and theres second chace tapes in case you need them. Not as crinkly as i was expecting, and they are pretty bulky. May be a bit difficult to hide under clothing, so wear somethibg loose fitting. A great product, and good price for premium diapers. I will purchase these again

These diapers are horrible. They’re inconsistent with their “issues”, but consistent with how awful they are. I’ve recently gone through THREE full cases of horrible diapers that either have pinholes, or they rip all In the same spot due to a defect in the plastic, or they literally just fall apart when wet. The seams come undone and the wet stuffing goes everywhere. Also they padding just falls to the bottom of the diaper when it gets wet causeing it to sag and look rather sad and uncomfortable. Also contacting this company is even more of a sad joke than their product is. The only other joke even bigger than that is this product is called “confidry” leading you to believe you will feel confident and dry when wearing these. The reality though is the opposite. You’ll be worried about pinholes, leaks, the diaper ripping and falling apart while you’re at WORK and many other awfully embarrassing things that you would never want from something that is supposed to make you ferl safe and secure.

Overall good product, comfy absorbs well which I like. Are a little noisy but I don't mind.(worn with pants not too bad) . My only issue with this product is that the tapes rip on some when going to put on. Not all of em were like that but there was a few like that in package.Maybe something to check in product production process for quality.Other than that product works very well.
