Good arch support, width and cushioning. Men's 9-9.5 fit my NewBalance 9-4E shoes without trimming. Perfect width, but a tiny bit short in the toe. Still super comfortable though. Will be ordering more for sure.

These made such a difference in my older shoes and sneakers. Felt like new shoes! they’re a really good quality and you can slip them into other shoes also, they are not permanently attached.
