I finally noticed a difference in my quality of sleep on night 3 of using these. I had my hubby and kids use these for 3 nights too and it’s kinda surprising the difference in colors of the pads and how heavily they’re soiled, makes one wonder what kind of toxins these pads are drawing out. I only had a problem once with the pads staying on, a pair of socks remedied that problem

I’m well pleased with this product! I have had a condition in my mouth for 20 years, I’ve been to ENT doctors, dermatologists, specialists at the Mayo Clinic’s, and none have been able to help me. They say there’s nothing that can help, so they give me steroid paste which provides temporary relief. I didn’t know what I was expecting from these detox pads, but I have a lot of health issues, so I wanted to try them. After 5 nights, I didn’t have to use the steroid paste in my mouth anymore! And it just feels better every day! The detox foot pads are worth it for me for that reason alone! But I also see a difference in my skin, it feels softer and smoother. I’m loving these!

I love waking up & feeling rested. I’m blown away regarding the detox cleansing my body needs so much. I have noticed a change in my well being.It can’t get no better than this! I’m a lifer !

I'm not sure if theses actually did anything as far as detoxing but I definitely slept better while using them. I plan on ordering more.

I’ve had several different brands of this product and these were the worst. They don’t stay on your feet while you sleep

Not sure f they do work or not, but they were a dark color for n the morning. Just something i wanted to try.

The lavender foot pads were a nice size. The sticky tape wasn’t as strong to hold pad on foot throughout the night. It’s has a light smell of lavender
