This small of screen really needs to be touch screen. Display is too small recommend not buying this, battery doesn't last more than a couple hours.

Needed a replacement for a smaller older laptop, picked this one up. Perfectly simple for someone like me who needs it on the go to write documents, look at photos, transfer information, easy web browsing, open up at a meeting on the go, coffee shop, etc. Small to place in my daily bag while walking around, quality screen and color is good, Acer's smooth keyboard, fast, connects to everything you could need easily with the hdmi, bluetooth, wifi, usb 3.0 and 2.0, great battery life! Honestly perfect for a general user like me.This is not a gaming machine, this is not a big build laptop, not expected to be, so don't think of it like that. The 32 gb is small which for windows 10 is too small because you can't update fully, or then add a few basic programs or windows store apps. So yeah that is the downside and I knew that. But the spot on the bottom of the laptop by unscrewing 2 small screws, insert bigger ssd for $30 bucks or what ever you pay, and bam! Fast with more space for cheap.

Good product for beginners

Great little laptop with really good battery life and fast enough for casual web browsing. The keyboard is the same quality of other Acer laptops although not illuminated like my Acer Nitro 5. 32GB is not enough space to run Windows, but a $45 256GB SSD can fix that and make the computer super fast. All you have to do is remove two screws on the botton and lift off the cover plate, slide your SSD in and put back the plate and screws, no caddy required. Reinstall Windows 10 with a USB flashdrive and it's good to go! The screen is just a little bit better than 720P, it's not full 1080P HD but it looks good and has a good anti-glare coating on it so you can use it outdoors.I recommend it to someone that wants a good, lightweight PC to do things that don't require a lot of power. I travel a lot and it doesn't always make sense to carry a 12 lb laptop when a 3 lb laptop can do everything I need. Plus, if you accidentally break it, it's no big deal, it's only $170!

Returning item. Bought solely to install MS Office and save send resumes. No other storage required. Could not update MS Windows due to memory constraints, even after uninstalling Office.While all of the specs are listed, I was not aware Windows 10 required so much memory and feel somewhat deceived. I would expect a product where routine maintenance would be attainable.Maybe good for kids who intend to run into ground, nothing more.

It can be used adding an SSD and a real OS like a linux distribution. I installed a 500 GB SSD and xubuntu and it works great.

This one fits my special needs very well. I just need a notebook computer for jotting down notes or writing stories from my recollection as a draft when I am away from my regular desk. The limited C: drive keeps me from installing too many applications to it. I found that the 32g is really too small for contemporary computer applications, especially when cloud storage, e.g., Dropbox or Evernote, is involved. Every cloud application keep a copy on the C: drive by default. Dropbox refused to work for the reason of "not enough storage space".Fortunately, I found the ways to change the default storage and the extra copies kept by the installation function to the HDD I installed. I also include a shortcut to the HDD in the default folder that receive downloaded files Now. I don't have to keep filling up the C: drive.

The tablet will not update windows because there is not enough space on the SSD. Very unhappy!!!
