Is this the new updated sim that supports 5g, visual voicemail, wi-fi calling, etc. on ios? or is it the old one?

Hello there! and the answer is yes partially, the SIM will allow you to use Wi-Fi calling and visual voicemail on an IOS device, however, at the moment we are currently working with the 5G NSA, which is really close to 5G. The SIM itself will function properly once we launch 5G.

Will this automatically charge my card every month or can I pay month-to-month

This is just a sim card, you have to choose a plan at tello which they will renew automatically and charge you every month or you can get pay as you go which is a one time payment and you can use it to call, text and data.

Is this the right card for a moto g stylus 2020?

Hello! With just the make and model of the device, we cannot say for certain if it will be compatible with our network. If you have the IMEI, then use our online device checker at https://tello.com/bring_your_own_phone.
If you don't have access to the IMEI, you must look at the device's tech specs and check them off against the requirements listed below:
1. The phone needs to be GSM-compatible;
2. The Phone needs to have the following capabilities;
 - 4G LTE compatible and VoLTE friendly with our network 
 - For minimum service, your phone would need at least the following 3 bands/frequencies.
* Band 2 (1900 MHz)
* Band 4 (1700/2100 MHz)
* Band 12 (700 MHz)
However, for best service on our GSM network, your phone should have at least 1 of the following bands/frequencies in addition to the above 3.
* Band 5 (850 MHz)
* Band 66 (1700 Mhz)
* Band 71 (600 MHz)
For example, if the phone has bands 2, 4, 12, and 71, then that is ideal.
3. The phone needs to be unlocked.
Contact the existing carrier to confirm the locked status of the device or if you are buying a new phone, confirm with the seller.
NOTE: Our device checker page only checks for compatibility - it cannot check if your device is unlocked or locked.
Locked phones will not work on Tello.
4. Device must be made for the US market.
Only models manufactured for the US market will activate on our network.
