I have only used it once so I can't speak to its effectiveness, but I am wide awake in the middle of the night and that has literally never happened to me before ever. Nothing has changed besides me using this product right before sleep.It's difficult to describe but I just feel weird. My heart is pounding, my extremities feel cold, but my core feels very hot. I wish I could somehow drape my covers over my legs and arms but leave my torso exposed. I also feel both hungry and sick to my stomach. (I had eaten two hours and 45 minutes before I took it, so I didn't follow the directions precisely, but if 15 minutes makes such a huge difference then this product is too finicky for me).In any case, I will not be using it again tomorrow because I do not want to risk losing out in sleep and feeling this way again.

Another tool in battle of the bulging waistline. Its not a panacea but along with being conscious of your consumption and a bit of get up and go you will see some results.Lets be honest though: it tastes awful. Like the bitter tears of mine enemies. Just put the 20 drops in some water and do it as a shooter then down another glass of water.

Not sure if this is working, but have been told by several co-workers that I look like I'm losing weight. I've always exercised and have started watching what I eat more closely. So, I cannot say whether this product is the reason for apparent weight loss, or whether the fact that I'm more mindful of my diet is the reason (or, more than likely, a combination of both?). Just know that I'm getting results and will probably try another bottle when this one runs out.

I like this product because I notice my energy level gets better. I haven't been taking it long enough to notice weight change, but more energy is a bonus.
