FUN FUN FUN
This thing is so FUN. This is my first ocarina. "Easy to learn, hard to master" as they say. I specifically went with this plastic Focalink Osawa soprano c after reading about its sweet tone. Not shrill. I actually prefer playing this over the Night by Noble alto c for some reason. Fits in your pocket. Big fingers might have problems. If you ever had a penchant to sing in the shower, GET THIS.

Great Starter Soprano
I was surprised (despite accurate descriptions) of how small this soprano ocarina is. After I got used to the small size, I was in love. It has a beautiful crisp sound and is a pleasure to play. This is my first ocarina and I’m sure there are “better” quality ones, but for me it is durable and sounds well. I would definitely recommend it for others who want to get a nice starter ocarina.

nice sound, but very high
I wanted something I could throw in a bag without breaking, and heard that focalink had decent ones. Was not disappointed. Its pretty small, so people with larger hands may need time to get use to the way their fingers feel while covering the holes. My hands are rather small, but my fingers tend to press together which felt really weird to me at first, but that's because I was use to the spacing of the holes on my pendant ocarinas and my ceramic 12 hole ocarina.*******Would not recommend for people who have or live with others with sensitive hearing, including pets. It has a VERY high sound********Other than that I have no issues.

This is really nice for a plastic ocarina
Woohoo first one in! This is really nice for a plastic ocarina, it's solid and heavier than I expected and has a really nice shape in the hand. This is my third ocarina and the other two were wooden ones and you shouldn't expect the same kind of tone from this instrument at all, it's a soprano so pretty shrill and gets a little breathy on the top three notes, if shrieking bothers you go for an Alto or Tenor. At this price you can probably afford to buy both. I probably will. There are some marks that look like scratches near almost every finger hole, but they are smooth and are actually a side effect of the molding process used to make this instrument according to the designers website. Just something to be aware of. They are only really obvious in a certain light and are very fine and as I said, flat to the surface.Shipping was good, the seller is in the US so if you are outside of it the shipping might take longer for you, but I had my ocarina within the week.

Amazing little Soprano!
This is one of my favorite soprano ocarinas! I have had the yellow one for a couple years and enjoy playing it so much that I ordered another one in blue. It plays notes clearly through the range and sounds better than most of my ceramic sopranos. The high notes are clear and not at all shrill. It sounds absolutely lovely! Thank you, Linn's Arts!!

Super easy to play
I expected a soprano ocarina to be more shrill and harder to play. (My first soprano.) No so! Sweet, clear tone. Excellent intonation. And I love the color!

it's not bad. I actually thought that it was going to be bad because of the material it was made of but when i got it, it was actually pretty solid. it is small but feels really nice in your hand and the sound is pretty good to because most ocarinas that i have bought cant hit the high notes without trouble and this one hits it smoothly.
